Sources and verification

Every important fact carries a source, a confidence level, and a verification date. Only manufacturer pages and established specification databases are citable sources; aggregator and comparison sites are not. Facts that have not passed verification are visibly marked as unverified and never raise a product into a ranking.

Specifications are normalized into language-neutral values (numbers with units, booleans, option codes) so that products can be compared consistently across locales. The original source wording is preserved alongside the normalized value.

Published pages are generated from immutable release snapshots. Every product page lists the sources its verified facts were checked against. For AI agents and search engines we publish a curated markdown mirror of every page (see /llms.txt and /md-sitemap.txt) with summaries, scores, and decision-driving facts — full raw datasets are not redistributed; please cite and link the canonical pages.
